Overview
Paper Compass helps users schedule transactional reminder emails. This policy explains what information the service stores and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you use Paper Compass, the service may store account identifiers from your sign-in provider, reminder content you create, reminder delivery history, and the email address configured for reminder delivery.
How we use information
We use stored information to authenticate users, save reminder settings, verify recipient email addresses, send reminder emails, and maintain basic operational logs and delivery status.
Email delivery
Reminder emails are sent as one-to-one transactional messages through our email infrastructure. Recipient verification may be required before reminder delivery is enabled.
Third-party services
Paper Compass relies on third-party providers for infrastructure and authentication, including Amazon Web Services for application hosting and email delivery, and Google for sign-in when Google OAuth is enabled.
Data retention
Reminder and account data is retained for as long as needed to operate the service or until it is removed by the user or administrator.
Contact
If you have privacy-related questions, use the support contact listed on the Paper Compass website or OAuth consent screen.
